    You don't have to wield the weapon as though it WERE a weapon. I imagine a badass wizard who uses his greatsword implement as his walking stick. Channeling arcane power through a weapon does not mean you need to be even able to wield it effectively.

    I don't want to get into a thing about it, and don't really want to explain WHY I feel this way, but I don't believe they intended for double 2's to hit and crit unless they hit the targets defense.

    the results are almost negligibly different when they were posted... so yeah. I think it was something like between a .5% and 2% extra chance to crit if you read it the more player favorable way. The discrepancy between discrepancies is based on your build.

    The PCs in my campaign rarely have items BELOW their level, it makes them powerful, but hey I'm having fun. I also don't allow about half of both the adv and adv 2.

    You can take a move action and then charge, ending (your movement speed X 2) away from where you started. But you can't take two move actions and then charge, ending (your movement speed X3) away from where you started. Depends what you mean by full movement.
