    Did they ever get around to fixing the whole "granted saving throws bring you closer to petrification" thing? I remember once reading that by RAW if a cleric or anyone else grants you an extra saving throw, a failure would result in the same as a failed saving throw at the end of the turn...

    I don't think it's unreasonable to assume anyone who can end a combatant's participation in a battle with one blow could understand that fact by looking at said combatant.

    Id also like to point out that the only problem I have with hand of radiance is this specific build. If someone doesn't have a 19-20 implement, and/or doesn't bank several feats and items on crit benefits, then I would completely allow this power no problem.

    The main issue for me is that it basically is divine bolts... but you just crit WAY more often with it than you would with the similar build using divine bolts.

    Having looked at divine bolts (a power that I actually like in it's effectiveness level) I am fairly sure I have a problem with this build.
