That text is not hard-coded, but it is an error in in the translation code. If you unprotect the page you can see that the formula appears to be correct, but the contents are in error.

Of course it is about money. A corporation like Hasbro just doesn't understand any other way. I honestly doubt that any of the suits there actually play any of their products. I know that the people at WotC do play their product, but unfortunately they answer to suits that [probably] do not.
