Solid RPG system for modern/future campaigns?

Deinonychus, I think. Edit: Also, download Spirit of the Far Future. It's Traveler done with the FATE 3.0 (what Spirit of the Century is made out of) rules. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but what do you have to loose? It's free! -George Austin

Solid RPG system for modern/future campaigns?

Savage Worlds and Grim Tales are seriously well worth checking out, and I did have some fun stealing stuff for my campaign from the Dragonstar books. You might want to consider messing around with all the fan-made stuff for FATE -especially Spirit of the Century- or picking up the FATE-based...

    [Review] Spirit of the Century

I agree. I'd add Berin Kinsman to the list if he'd write reviews more often.

WOTC, Scott, Where in the World is the GSL

I'm with Gareth Michael Skarka and Chris Pramas on this one: "I'm not exaggerating at all when I say this: Paizo has just single-handedly insured that there will be a commercially-viable audience for non-4E D&D releases, industry-wide. Bravo." From here; "I can easily envision 4E and Pathfinder...

    Gygax doesn't matter?

-Warren Spector Matt Snyder apparently doesn't recognize this the way I (and others) do. I'm willing to concede that his form of not recognizing this was cheap/ dump taking/ in poor taste/ what have you. I'm not willing to concede that we should be denigrating the guy.

    Gygax doesn't matter?

Off Topic Yeah, his tone says more than his words do. I'm not in Falls Church proper; I'm a little East of Seven Corners. I've been meaning to meet local EN Worlders for forever, as well as local game designers like Chad Underkoffler, Fred Hicks, and Rob Donoghue. I have a Seminar that lasts...
