How do you introduce a new setting?

I'm planning on running Midnight for some of my players, as I've bought the book and fell in love with it. I think I'm going to start with Crown of Shadows, just to get everyone on the same page, and to help myself get the feel of the setting as well. I've never run any settings but my own...

Hs anyone ever made an Animal Companion character sheet?

Hmmmm, perhaps a rephrase is in order. Has anyone made any free-domain character sheets for animal companions that I can legally download from somewhere? Otherwise I guess I'll just use a regular character sheet, but it'd be nice if someone else has done the legwork already. ;) EDIT Geez...

Hs anyone ever made an Animal Companion character sheet?

Is there a sheet floating around out there for animal companions and familiars? It'd make my life easier.

Do you run a solo adventure?

Yeah, I just think the setting lends itself really well to a single or 2-person struggle. I still haven't decided on that fully, though.

Do you run a solo adventure?

Ummmm.... pardon? I've been thinking about running a solo adventure for my wife in the Midnight campaign setting. I suppose I could get one other player though.... I dunno. Is it a better idea to run for one or two? Or does it not really matter?

Do you run a solo adventure?

I was thinking of running a solo adventure for my wife. So I have a few questions: 1) Do you run a solo adventure? 2) If so, how do you scale it? Do you provide the character with NPC companions a lot? Is it fun? 3) Do you drink Tea, Coffee, both, or neither?

What kind of room do you want to game in?

A well-lit room in my basement with a pudding wrestling pit and a whole bunch of strippers. But, really, I'd be happy to do just about anything in that room.

How many GMs in your group

Okay, my main group has 3 GMs. I GM, my buddy Adam GMs and my wife occasionally GMs. We have 2 other players who have never GMed and never offered. How about you? Here's your questions for this morning: 1) Which of the following Batman movies have you seen? a) Batman (Michael Keaton)...

What are the coolest props you've used?

Posted for my GM, because he's too lazy to create an account. 1) He didn't answer, but probably yes 2) Best prop ever: Stuffed toy dog with an evil secret. The game was horror, a mix of Little Fears and Silent Hill. The PCs were children, and one of the little girls owned a beloved stuffed...

Yeah, but we're not taking more people at the moment. Keeping track of all our members has been a real pain.

Have *you* ever ruined your own plot hook?

Ummmm, no. Well, unless you count the 50 or so times where I have. But other than those times, no.

What are the coolest props you've used?

Okay, lunchtime questions... 1) Have you ever seen a real live reindeer? (not on TV... in person) 2) What is the coolest prop you've used in one of your games. Also, if it's something that took a special procedure to make (aged maps, etc) and the rest of us might be interested in knowing how...

How do you set 'the mood'

So, last night we were playing a "one-shot" (which will end up being a two-shot) of Cthulhu, The Crack'd and Crook'd Manse. About 2 hours into game, one of my players mentions she's getting kinda freaked out. So, we did the obvious thing, and brought the lights down, and did things right. I...
