If people are having problems, could they post here (or PM me) the OS (including carrier, because I *think* that makes a difference), the browser you are using on your smart phone as well as the link that you are pointing towards. I will pass it on to WotC.

That isn't something that is a result of the CB. That is a result of the way that Silverlight functions. A lot of people have found success installing a pdf printer (Cutepdf is free, and seems to be a common suggestion) and then printing out the pdf.
