It's doable. D20 Modern is only 385 pages and it's got character creation, rules, combat, gm advice, monsters, spells, psionics, magic items, etc.

Hmmmm, I already rolled up a feathery.... Here's what I've got so far, like to know what i'm looking at for defects before i pick my skills, and other 2 feats. I'm assuming that since i only took 5 points of mutation i get fewer defects hopefully, otherwise i'd like to be more mutated...

but, think about the rarity of a talent.... Only 5% of people are supposed to have hero levels, everyone else is an ordinary, of those 5% only 1/6 will be smart heroes... of thouse how many will pick a particular talent. I kinda feel talents should all be innate. You can get better at it...

I liked the article in poly, but the talent tree didn't sit well with me, These things arn't so rare that only a few with the talent can do them... so I make all the options on that talent tree into things anyone can do with a computer use check

To me it seems that you have the character... She's inteligent, she's powerful, but she doesnt' see it, or doesn't admit it to herself, she's shy withdrawn, and has self esteem issues. Looks like a pretty good write up for a character to me. You can do alot with that. Differences...
