If you feel they work better with the +2 to Dex instead of Con, that's fine, you can change them, and if there is an overwhwelming hatred for those racial bonuses, I have no problems going back to the +2 Dex/+2 Int.

They changed after the last round of feedback. The designers and I felt the gremlins worked better with those stats.
