I pretty much stick with elf-human-orc continuum, myself. With the unspoken idea that they're all related from way-back-when. Elves being seelie fae-corrupted humans, and Orcs being unseelie-fae corrupted humans. But that's just my setting. :)

To address the question from the original post - I would let the combat happen, learn my lesson, and adjust further encounters accordingly prior to combat.

I call that "why bother having a DM" and "what happened to the storytelling element?" Your mileage may vary.

That just simply wouldn't happen at my table. It's not needed or fun and would most likely make the other players uncomfortable about this player's rape fetish. I would dismiss him from the game if he couldn't curb his "enthusiasm" for interspecies rape.
