I'm sorry, that was my mistake, when Seasong said that, the way he phrased it made me think it wasn't in the SRD, and, I didn't go and look it up. You can use any and all magic item creation in the srd, including that custom stuff. Just make sure you reference the relavent portions of the SRD.
