Question I liked the strip OK i guess, but can you really do that with a Symbol? I thought that you could not use it offensively, on a sword at triggered for a hit is their example. So tossing it at them isn't offensive? It's not like they voluntarily interacted with it... it was a missle...

I let my players re-roll 1's for HP, and fighter-types 1 and 2's until they do not roll those numbers. For stats i allow 4d6 drop lowest, arrange as desired AND you can do that 3 times, choosing the best column of stats, no swapping between the 3 columns of stats. I buff the BBEG too...

Personally, i sometimes like funky things like 1/2 ogres and such, even if i lose class levels. They can be somewhat harsh at lower levels, but by mid-lvl, a good con will help with the HP, and a large Str bonus makes up BAB (though not for PA). A good TH wpn, big str and reach... lots of fun...

You're right about the Complete books, although the githzerai will be the revised psionic version from the EPH. I like the Warlock idea, and Impr. Tough is great, but i'm thinking feats of (human): PBshot, Precise shot, then??? (focus:blast or impr init or skill focus:Conc), at 6th level: extra...

While in a dungeon we were getting creeped out by some unknown beasts that the DM had a creepy voice for... an "eeeebee eebee eebee" sorta thing... had to be there. Anywho, we were freaked, then ran into one and the DM had to describe the homebrewed creature... it went ok until he stated that...

Hey all, this summer i will be running a wizard-type through, oh shoot, is it Expedition to Castle Ravenloft? The new one... anywho, i'm familiar with the original in the last edition, but never looked the new Ravenloft. Any ideas for a build that will be fun and survivable... we'll be gaming...
