Yes, you can. A fighter can mark multiple enemies if he wants. Very useful for when lots of people are trying to go past him and he gets a lot of Opportunity Attacks... However, only 1 mark per individual enemy...

Even if you do 30 damage per attack (reduced to 20 because of resistance) and get enough bonuses to hit on a 2+ (pretty hard I think at level 15 against a 30 level monster), you have a 2,6% chance of killing it before you roll a 1... I'm not liking RZilla's chances personally...
