Numbers, simply for aesthetic reasons. All my other dice sizes are numbered rather than pipped, so you get a uniform appearance if the d6's are numbered as well.

I've thought about doing something like that for awhile, but haven't had time yet. I'd like to do the numbers as fillable forms in a PDF, though, so you could change them around, eliminate some if you don't need them, print out unnumbered copies for the players, that sort of thing.

I really like using a personal wiki for keeping all my campaign notes. My favorite is 10 Foot Wiki. It's set up for campaign material right out of the gate, so it doesn't require much tweaking (although it's really easy to tweak should you want to).

:D If I do, it'd be through Cafepress or a similar service, so there'd be whatever sizes they have available.

Thanks! I ended up slapping some color and text on there, thinking I might use it for some promotional thing (or on a t-shirt, maybe!).
