I have a 3 or four inch binder full of creatures, plus an inch thick manila folder of monsters, mostly from the CC. I've probably got half of the MMII and MMIII for free (I printed them out back when I lived with my parents at home).

A 1st level SORCEROR should have more than that. Also, a wizard PC with a merciful GM who lets them start with a little XP to use on scrolls...more than 3 spells.

I read it straight through and miss every single retarded or missing aspect of the map, plot, or whatever. Until I'm reading it for real, when I'm running the module. And then I sit there for a few seconds wondering how I missed that when I "read" the module.

Play a game that is meant to have a low-magic state. Which means, amazingly, playing a different game than 3.5 D&D. It's not meant to do everything--it's meant to do exactly what is in the Core rules and not much else. Specifically not what you're doing.

A rogue making a thrown sneak attack with that using all five charges is a great way to open a big fight or one shot something. Also, it also has that old school flavor to it with the charges and the varied abilities. Not bad.

Yes, people are stupid. 3" nail-like spikes on the front of your armor and your back plate spaced 1" or 1 1/2" apart probably isn't going to do that.

I have not examined the 3.5 DMG, but the 3.0 writeups are retarded in almost every area. Equipment is no surprise.

If you're not wearing a sword and a coat of mail, I can't think of anything else to wear to a Ren Fair.
