Looks good to me. I did not even think of giving it a small land speed for the aquatic versions. With their con they should not last long out of the water. So what is next? Giant Anemone, Nereids, Sirine, Swordfish. I can post 1st edit stats.

Looks done to me. All we do now for the aquatic version is make a blurb at the end of the monster write up stating that aquatic versions do exsist. Add the aquatic subtype and replace the land speed with a swim speed to simulate these.

Do you think the bite should cause more than a single point of damage? Have you seen the teeth on those things, not to mention they are small sized. 1d3 sounds in order.
