I have heard a lot about those setting, im just not in a situation where i could check them out.

I admit that last post was just a glorified bump. Im also thinking of removing the evil descriptor from all the spells that create undead. What i was asking int his post was how have Humancentric worlds worked out for everybody here, if anybody has done one.

Any other ideas?

I heard Harn was low magic, i dont like low magic. Im also thinking of making this world infinitely large, meaning that it never ends, but that is a discussion for another time.

There will be races like orcs, and goblins, but the only PC race will be Humans. I find it funny that some of the best fantasy worlds i have seen only have Humans, as the main race.

Has anybody here ever run a world where there was only humans? Im thinking of making such a world. The weird thing is some of the best fantasy worlds i have seen, have only had Humans. So has anybody done this before. I may not get rid of all the other demihuman races, but they will be...

My idea of Low Fantasy is the King Arthur myths. My idea of High Fantasy are the Lunar games for the Playstation.

Ive seen people who like low magic post things like that for low level spells. Maybe i just like high magic games i dunno.:p

I dunno if i fit the stereotype i admit im faaaaaaaaar from being skinny or muscular, but im not really pale. Although i like to be alone a lot,i do like to talk to people every once in a while.

I always considered the King Arthur mythos low fantasy. A lot of the things that people are labeling High Fantasy, i consider low fantasy.

I posted a thread asking what people on these boards considered high fantasy now i am going to do the same for low fantasy. To me low fantasy means little or almost no magic, thus magic items are rare, and so are magical creatures. Personally I think it defeats the purpose of the game to play...
