    Some OGL sources have those feats. But still, the spellcasters do need feats to increase saves.

    If the only answer is 'they have to raise their save DC's in the same manner as spellcasters', then I don't see a problem with this. Not being snary. Just looking for something more concrete as a response.

    I let it be known that I houseruled psionics so that you couldn't raise the save DC's of a power via the power points. Several responses were along the lines of 'HOLY NERF BAT DICE MAN!!'. Why is preventing this bad? My apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

    Versatitly is still there. It keeps things working smoothly. Neither psion nor spellcaster can increase their save DC's without feats. everything else is the same, including being able to increase damage, change damage type, etc.

    DS allows monks to avoid ranged attacks with that feat. I'll see if he'll go for it.

    Keeps it on par with the spells. Spell casters don't get auto DC increase. The versatility is still there.

    I'll third this. Can we ask why they don't want the familiar? What do they hope to gain in return (which feat do they want)?
