Not at all; however, it is not traditional fantasy and throwing it into the fantasy section versus the romance section is wrong. They are romance novels.

I did not look into which movies were not eligible. The number I saw was that 36% of movies were ineligible this year, which seems high.

Are you using 4e level tier designations? I do not hear normal players using tier language for levels. I an only guess you mean 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20…..
