    Stat inflation is a biggy. Who cares if your 5 ASI can give +5 to 2 stats when you start with 12-14 for your best stat? Or have them build a routine to improve their stats. If by level 12 they do 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and run 10km every day, give them their Str16.

    Not really. You are going from ~.65 to ~.75 to hit, that's about the same as going from 1d8+2 (6.5) to 1d8+3 (7.5) damage. That makes it about par with gwf. That +2 is godsent when you have SS, otherwise it's nothing special.

    That's not how archetypes work. The only thing you can change are the martial archetype features at 3, 7, 10, 15 and 18. Even if it was a full class, having both Dex and Con save is... taboo. All classes have ONE of (Dex Con Wis) and ONE of (Str Int Cha).

    Hex warrior doesn't work with heavy weapons, versatile is the biggest that uses Cha. After Cha, Con, Dex, you don't have much to MC barbarian. Con12 is low and Dex14 + medium armor gives you AC17.
