jbear I think Kartuus is all done, made the recommended changes as well as some slight adjustments. Have completed the fluff section - it needs more meat - but enough there to get approved (I think). Any issues with the backstory, let me know and I will adjust accordingly.

Hello all, looking forward to this - still finishing off my PC, at this stage most likely going with a Striker.

Thank you for the responses - I will be in touch via PM. I managed to get some time with Roll20 and was impressed - it is in Beta so there is still some work to go on it - but once its live I think its going to be great.

I will have my PC on the wiki tomorrow - do we know what classes the other new players are going with? I was originally going to go with a Striker but happy to play a Leader if we need one.

LOL Kzach, I tend to agree with you re: webcams, but as Robert points out its purely optional. I am part of the closed beta now, will take a close look tonight and will get in touch with each of you re: times and characters.

Not too sure if this is the right place to ask this question - if not can you please point me in the right direction. In terms of our characters do they have to look like the race you choose - for example, say I wanted to play a human but I really liked the dragonborn from a mechanics...

My understanding is that it does have macro support, it just will not have the "frameworks" that MapTool has, but I do not think that is a great loss. The main reason I like Roll20 is that the creators really seem to "get it", in terms of what a lot of people are looking for in an online tabletop.

Hamachi is used to connect if people are having too many issues with connecting and port forwarding does not resolve it. I am also looking at Roll20 - I should have closed beta access to that in the bext couple of days.

A question list other DM's use or similar is the type of thing I am looking for. For want of a better term I am looking for a "crunchy" type method to help the players add the "fluff" to their characters.
