I just figured I'd give this a little nudge, as I paid almost two weeks ago and am still not a community supporter. I'm about to move on Thursday morning and won't have internet access for a bit, and was hoping to know it went through before I go offline.

Sure, but I wouldn't buy one for that level of portability. My pockets are already full. This would be for a backpack or briefcase- for gaming, reading in waiting rooms, on planes, etc.

I wrote The Complete Guide to Fey for Goodman Games, and I like to think that that book is a good start towards what you're talking about. I've been thinking about going the full distance and writing up a setting in the tradition of the movie Legend and other sources like it.

I wrote The Complete Guide to Fey. It's really a toolkit for building fey, using classes, feats and levels, but if you ignore the fluff, there are a few prebuilt fey (along with creatures that are attracted to fey) in there that might be useful.

Leader could definitely work. You can have leaders at all levels of experience, from the peasant who rallies his village to the warrior-king who reclaims the kingdom from the forces of evil.

IMHO, the only thing a slower progression does is pawn the problems off on higher levels. My hope would be that the designers would take a long view and use a linear progression so we could get some working epic-level goodness in the future. I'd rather see the basic level of challenge remain...
