The playtest bestiary for Barrier Peaks has yellow mold. It gives the mold a 50% chance to puff spores. They do 7d6 damage, CON save DC13 for half. Kill it with fire, radiant or necrotic damage only; AC0 & 10 hit points per 5 foot patch. DC12 Investigation or Perception to identify.

Same CR (so the stat block stays the same), but award less xp.

I think I prefer this way, with the caveat that they can go up to their max hit points. The number listed in the MM is the average. IMO not all monsters should have average hit points unless all PCs do.

Very good points PMing. I would prefer benefits from organizations be handed out without any charoppy cost - you join in play as a result of events in game and receive a small mechanical benefit.

I'd say completely unkillable. To me the wish would have to be well worded. Wishing the naga's death in any way wouldn't work, you'd have to wish it into something else or wish away its very existence. (starting a silent countdown here, too, BTW)

I've always wanted to run G1 where each player gets a squad of 1st level characters led by a 2nd or 3rd level sarge or spellcaster. My players look at me like I"m crazy when I suggest it.

If they charge a one-time price, I'd pay between 1/4 and 1/3 of the physical price. If they go with a subscription model of any kind, I'll pay zip zero nada. So if there's a monthly fee plus one-time purchases to add books to an account? Still no sale.
