I agree entirely with pbartender: while the setting is really cool, the rules engine is horrifically awful. It does seem relatively easy to convert to another system, though, like maybe d20 Future or d20 Traveller. You could even use True20 if you wanted to keep the 'rules-lite' sensibility...
