Both series are comedies… Or, at least, feature a lot of comedy, along with action and drama. I mean, they’re adaptations of live-performed D&D campaigns. Of course they’re going to feature a lot of comedy, much of it pretty juvenile. Comes with the territory.

I’m more excited for this than I was for the Vox Machina series. I don’t have the time to keep up with Critical Role, but I always enjoy the characters, and the Mighty Nein campaign had some of my favorites, as well as a lot of major emotional beats that will be very cool to see animated.
