Pat you completly missed the point all together and showed you have no experience with an actual fight. Sorry if I misunderstand your post but this is not for taking pot shots at anybody and we are keeping it civil here. Good posts guys keep up the good work. Darius

Correct it very well depends on the kind of fight. It has been my experience that many women fight much more viciously than men in the same situation. It goes back to the fox rabbit thing from the art of war. Yes many male attackers will try first to grab and then throw a woman to the ground...

I think what has served me the best in a fight for self-defense is timing, sweeps and adrenalin. Shaolin is always fun to train in but finding a reputable school is the question. This is a challenge if you are inexperienced in Martial Arts at all. There was even a Shaolin School selling videos...

They can be but remember every situation is different. I gave you two examples of street fights and in both there was no opertunity to graple. They just happened so fast there wasn't a chance. My Wing Chun teacher said grappling will not happen in a real fight. I have only had one where it...

    Some CGI stuff I do

Nice work man, I really like those Dark Elves .I may paint a few mini's with those color schemes. Jen Haley talked about how to do a sheer fabric on amini and that purple on the first one and the gold on the second one will be worth a try. Keep up the good work, Darius

    Smallville: Bruce Wayne

This sounds cool and I have also heard that Bruce will be a one time thing if at all. Chris Reeves Character is going to be a recurring character though. I hope this turns out better than it sounds.

    Enterprise 02/04/03

I also think that on voyager , by doing the show that way they made the captain seem weaker than the previous captains. I also think it was hard for some to accept her as being able to keep the crew together through those various 'tests'. interesting Mark interesting.... Darius -----Beaming...

Internal arts take time to cultivate and you cannot rush it. When I began to study internal arts, after a period of time I got what is called Chi sickness. Chi sickness blows the big one but it is worth working through. Patience and a good understanding teacher will get you through. It took me...

    Favorite Mini's I painted

This is a reaper Efreet (or at least that is what i thought he was). He is a great figure to paint and I inked his flesh then dry brushed it then inked again then dry brushed. Same with the pants. I do not think I inked the gold but it was dry brushed with three different shades of gold. I...
