I have about 7 sets, I use them, and I absolutely love them. They're expensive, but they're worth it IMHO. Granted, I got about $750 worth of Master Maze for about $350 when a WOTC store was closing last year...:D

I had thought of that too, but that would make it even more powerful than 10/Epic, and if they knock it down to 5/- then will it still be as attractive as a defensive spell? IMO, there's a huge difference between 5 & 10 points, especially for wizards with their low HPs.

3.5 Stoneskin & DR... I wonder what's going to happen with stoneskin in 3.5? If it grants DR 10/magic, that neuters it greatly considering now it takes a +5 weapon to overcome the spell. The next category up would be DR 10/Epic, but that would make stoneskin more powerful than it currently is...

I'll also use a kippah as a ranged weapon if needed. :D
