CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Round 609 20cc misses with both claws and his tail, but hits with everything else (natural 1 twice; other missing roll 39-4=35; best hitting roll 52-4=48), inflicting 42-29=13 points of damage. Klinton has 38 HP remaining after healing. UguluKlinton gets to attack 20cc some more. Jagger...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Klinton is already at 85N25E. Does he step to 85N30E? Klinton misses three times with his chain (best roll 43-2=41). Jagger swings his chain at Judge Dread three times and misses (highest roll 38-2). He then steps to 55N50E and misses with bite and tail, as well (highest roll 37-2=35)...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

GanskI should have been more clear. Jagger acts after Judge Dread and Klinton. Jagger attacks the nearest creature, but I do not know who the nearest creature is until Klinton and Judge Dread act. I did not want to tell Ugulu what Jagger does because that might influence what Judge Dread...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Klinton healed up to 61 HP last round. Round 608 As 20cc moves away, Judge Dread bites him, just missing his franistan (natural 20, 41+1=42 for failed crit) and inflicting 22+1=23 points of damage. 20cc is neither poisoned nor infected by the bite (41+2=43, 42+2=44 Fort saves) and is down to...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Infiniti, Gansk, and UguluI think that movement only could be a possible option, but I think Gansk set a precedent earlier with a creature that could not attack babbling instead. I could be wrong about that. Gansk, what do you think? I am fine with Klinton getting up and moving as close to...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

EvilhalflingLarge and in Charge can only be used on an AoO. I think you tried to use it earlier on a readied attack. The fireball affects 20cc! (38 CL check) 20cc dodges (natural 20 Ref save) and takes 22 points of fire damage. As Judge Dread moves toward 20cc, 20cc bites him (rolled 56) for...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Round 606 None of the devils hit with an AoO (best roll by Jagger 43-2=41). 20cc is not scared of Klinton when he gets near (47+2=49 Will save). Everyone is surrounded by pretty gas. Evilhalfling20cc can use breath weapon in round 610.UguluKlinton and Jagger are confused (Will saves...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Jagger does not have to move. Judge Dread attacks six times, hitting twice, a claw to the franistan and a wing (best missing roll 38+1=39; worst hitting roll 46+1=47) for a total of 60+3=63 points of damage. 20cc has 371 HP remaining. Klinton does not connect with his spiked chain (best roll...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Jagger got scared when 20cc made the full attack on Klinton. Round 605 20cc (with 434 HP) hits Klinton with everything but the tail (natural 1), but hits real hard with one claw, for a total of 103-50=53 points of damage. Klinton has 60 HP remaining after healing.

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Speaking of fear, Klinton and Jagger were shaken by 20cc's attack (natural 1, 20+4=24 Will saves). It is not necessary to cast defensively with a quickened spell or spell-like ability because they do not provoke an AoO. Klinton is prone, so cannot step back. The fireball has no effect (35 CL...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Round 604 20cc moves to 100N45E and hits Klinton all six times (worst roll 41-4=37, one wing not inflicting any damage) for a total of 99-59=40 points of damage. Klinton has 108 HP remaining after healing on his turn. It is now time for Lawful Evil to go, starting with Judge Dread, then...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Round 603 As Klinton approaches his landing spot, 20cc bites him (rolled 55) for 25-10=15 points of damage. 20cc then takes an AoO, biting (rolled 45) for 30-10=20 points of damage. Klinton gets pushed back (25+4=29 vs. 19 Str check) to 90N25E5Z, stalls, and falls prone at 90N25E. Klinton...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Speaking of GM error, I messed up by a round, so we will rewind to the beginning of round 603. Klinton saw a gargantual dragon at 100N50E. Jagger has not yet left the Victory Zone roof. Let us continue from there. InfinitiThere would be no illusory double because the double lasts for...

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

I take it that Klinton starts flying off the roof. UguluJagger used the SLA last round and is at 90N55E40Z. Which version of GMF does Judge Dread cast: the one that gives a +1 on each natural attack or the one that gives a +5 on one natural attack? Do you mean that JD moves to...

Judge Dread heals to full hit points and leads off round 603.

Good 8, Evil 9 - Evil wins the Exhibition!

You are doing great, Greybar. When I moderate, it is not news when there is GM oversight. :)

I finally understand why Lawful Evil has not already advanced to the next round. :)

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

The column is in the SE corner of 80N75E. Round 602 Judge Dread has acted and heals up to 224 HP. It is 20cc's turn.

Good 8, Evil 9 - Evil wins the Exhibition!

I just thought of something. Under the summon spell-like ability in the MM, it states that the ability is as though casting a summon monster spell. In that case, summoned monsters should not be able to use teleportation or planar travel abilities, as noted in SMI.

CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

Round 601 Judge Dread has partially acted, but is not finished with his action. UguluI take it that Klinton (who has a 100% chance of coming in) is at 90N55E40Z; otherwise JD does not have line of effect. Klinton can do something.
