I meant that the blade barrier might disappear when Armstrong is defeated. I was not questioning if Drac could avoid it; I just wanted to point out that it might disappear once I knew that Armstrong was definitely defeated.

I do not know where the blade barrier is, but some of it might disappear (CL 20 dispel check) if it is in the Victory Zone.
