In the short feat description, it says "Gain Eldritch Blast 1/encounter"; in the actual text of the feat, though, it says "Pick a pact and gain that pact's at-will power as an encounter power". Which is it? 'Cause my rogue will find Eyebite a lot more useful than EB.
