    Killing a Quori

I'd suggest Dimensional Anchor, or a Force Effect blocking him on the Material Plane.

    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

If you're Human, you can pick Able learner, or take a level of Human Paragon. Several Racial Paragons have all Knowledges as class skills.

    Wait, i'll cast this!!! Ooops...help

Things I miss in your list: 3: Mass Lesser Vigor (nice healing and everyone stabilizes automatically!), Briar Web 4: Freedom of Movement 5: Greater Stone Shape, Dragon Breath (Silver or Copper version is awesome), Slay Living 6: Energy Immunity, Banishment 7: Destruction, Greater Restoration...

New group, high power, my ranger/scout needs to catch up.

As someone poinetd out, you have to, Scout 3 being the minimum level to meet the prereq's for Swift Hunter. Also... better skills and awesome class abilities? Evasion, Camouflage and HiPS much earlier than Ranger, Blindsense, Blindsight, bonus to movement, Free Movement? Ranger's animal...

    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

Yes you do, and the bonus/malus is limited by your BAB. Not a very good choice for a low BAB class. I'd suggest Shield Specialization + Shield Ward.

Warmind Nuances: Manifester Level and PP

We're talking about two different things here. First thing is the power point reserve, other is the manifester level. The power points reserve is a large pool where all PP gained from all psionic classes go. SRD says: But it also says: If you play a PsyWar/Warmind, you are limited in each...

    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

I've come to doubt even that. At low levels yes, definitely. At higher levels Warmage Edge is plain useless, and the Wizard has less spells per day, but more options than the Warmage, making it IMO an even match. BTW, Extra Edge does not compare to Empower Spell or Black Lore of Moil. Who cares...

New group, high power, my ranger/scout needs to catch up.

If you need high BAB, I'd suggest heading for Swift Hunter Scout 3/ Ranger 6/ Shadowdancer 1/ Ranger +10 in the long run. It gets nearly full Skirmish and Favored Enemy, uncanny dodge, evasion, HiPS, nice spellcasting, and 18 BAB. Drop the Shadowdancer eventually. Regarding stats, I'd say...

    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

Sure, great spells, no problem. Is there ANY of the things you listed that you couldn't do as efficiently, if not better, with a Wizard, and still have the versatility to do something else? Any charger worth his name has Shock Trooper and will Power Attack you without even thinking, and the...

Warmind Nuances: Manifester Level and PP

Wizards and Sorcerers draw their spells from the same list, yet the caster levels of a Wizard/Sorcerer (ugh...) would not stack. Same for PsyWar / War Mind. His Psychic Warrior manifester level is separate from his War Mind manifester level. That's IMO the reason why War Mind is not a good PrC...

    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

I'd be concerned about both. At low levels the Warmage's damage output is very good, no doubt, but then again, Evocation magic is more useful at low levels, we already knew this before the Warmage came out. At high levels... meh. Only the orbs are good, because they don't allow a save. Count...

    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

If no one else in your party can take this role over, yeah, go for it. Otherwise I'd suggest Improved Initiative and Fell Weaken. Is that supposed to be GOOD ??? You don't NEED high Int, it's just better because of your Warmage Edge. But you don't really need it. No Invisibility, no Mirror...

    Do You Use Metamagic Feats?

Oh, you can get pretty interesting combinations at low levels. Fell Weaken is quite funny - Fell Weaken Acid Splash for example deals minor damage and -4 Str penalty, which stacks with the one from Ray of Enfeeblement. Not much low-CR monsters are that efficient with more or less 8 points...

    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

Warmage is as meh as is gets for a primary caster, because of theri horribly limited spell selection. Many of their spells are Evocations (join ESSDDI today - Evocation Sucks, Specialize in Divination and Drop It!) or direct damage, and they do not gain any utility, buff, or battlefield-control...

    Do You Use Metamagic Feats?

Split Ray + Chain Spell + Arcane Thesis + Enervation = world of pain. 2d4 negative levels on all foes in a 30' radius area, no save, in a 7th level slot. Definitely worth the 3 feats. Plus Chain Spell is the most awesome metamagic feat there is. Go Archmage, pick up Arcane Reach as your first...

    Maximizing aura classes

The feat "Double draconic aura" from Dragon Magic is a must have for Dragon Shamans. It allows you to activate two draconic auras at a time. Prereq: level 12.

Is there a non-magic paladin or a paladin with Chr based spells?

So how 'bout Str 14 Dex 10 Con 14 Int 10 Wis 12 Cha 16? I mean, Dex is a dump stat for every Paladin, and that 12 Wis grants you access to your normal spells up until level 7, at which point yous should be able to afford a periapt of wis +2. Until level 14 you should buy a periapt +6 but that's...

Is there a non-magic paladin or a paladin with Chr based spells?

There's a variant class in Complete Champion that grants you bonus feats instead of spellcasting. But tell me, what's the problem with the paladin's spellcasting? The spell list is great and nearly no spell allows a saving throw, making it pointless to have a Wisdom higher than 14 (which you can...

    Persistent Question

Spells modified with metamagic use up higher-level spell slots (meaning you need to have access to those higher slots, e.g. be a higher-level caster), but are still considered of the original level for all purposes. Mage Armor is level 1 no matter if you make it Reach Chain Persistent.
