It depends a fair bit on the house rules whether it annoys me or not, it's certainly harder to annoy me about it than it was 20 years ago.
As to the particular house rules you mention above I'd say that the can't move diagonally is a sign that the GM doesn't realise the abstract nature of D&D...
Leaving aside the ordering of items (and in this case I don't see it making a big difference because neck items mostly seem unlikely to interfere too much with the ability to access each other, different story for gloves and I'd say you can't wear 2 pairs of boots at all - although my character...
as I recall it Thri-kreen predate dark sun as monsters.
Mul as a name for a sterile half-breed makes sense especially iirc and they were largely slaves so being disparaging suits.
a) if something is put up on a website other people can grab the picture from the website and use it as they will
b) we don't know what contracts are between artists and WOTC so they may not be able to grant permission for this or it may cost them additional money
c) getting on your high horse...
My character (an archer ranger) has had Weapon Focus for a long time.
It's a solid feat where you do additional damage without having to fulfil any conditions (other than 'use this weapon')
As an epic level archer ranger it's not uncommon for me to do an extra 9 points of damage in a round...
Nope, base build options
Every Warden has the option of replacing dex/int with either con or wisdom.
Earthstrength
While you are not wearing heavy armor, you can use your Constitution modifier in place of your Dexterity or Intelligence modifier to determine your AC.

amazing how often people (e.g. me) can miss the obvious isn't it?
Seriously though, even being invisible he's still going to struggle to escape in most situations, he can get a lead on people but he should be fairly detectable, especially if he's running.
He's at most 13 squares away from the party.
A ranged character can move in and shoot him (the Ranger or the Wizard)
depending upon the powers they've got they may be able to slow him or immobilize him.
A double move should get most characters adjacent to him, some will be able to move and...
Note that a Warden can use Wisdom or Con (depending on the build) in place of their dex or int modifier for AC so the elven warden is doable but doesn't need dex for AC
Assume each hit does an average of 6 points damage and the target has 60 hit points
given a 50% chance to hit
If you go from a 10 to hit to an 11 to hit then you go from an average of 3 hp per attackto 2.7 hp per attack which means it goes from 20 attacks to 22.2 attacks to take the target down...
It's highly character dependent.
For a start any weapon based character will have different dice damage based on the weapon they use.
A level 29 ranger could have 5 attacks each doing 2[W] each so they might want 5 d20s to hit and 10 d12s for damage (matching the dice on color)
I think there...
Heck, there's some cloth only armour that is very tempting for an archer ranger as well.
There's one that means you don't provoke attacks of opportunity with ranged attacks in AV1 iirc.
Yep Shimmering Armour, very, very nice for an archer ranger.
You're probably looking at a level 30+ solo.
Not really a surprise that it's tough.
Against that a large proportion of higher level characters will have some way of teleporting (although it might not be overly repeatable) so will be able to get up close and do their job.
