    D&D 5E (2014) Electronic tools for 5e post-SRD

Would love it, but I haven't got an iOS device. Any way to make it work on a PC? As for limiting things to the SRD: I don't mind that at all. I just need the basics anyway. :)

    D&D 5E (2014) Electronic tools for 5e post-SRD

I am going to participate in a game as a player for once (gasp!) and I was looking for a nifty app or character builder to help me make a character sheet quickly. I found this one online to be pretty cool, but the spell list leaves a lot to be desired...

D&D 5E (2014) Another 5e Creature Decks Preview (5th Edition Stats & High-Quality Creature Art on Each Trading Card)

I have used a Tarrasque a few times in high-level campaigns, though rarely as the "Tarrasque" itself. I have used its stats skinned for another monters for instance.

    Potential Hasbro and Mattel Merger?

I would hardly call Lego niche. :) It is the largest grossing toy company in the world with one of the most valuable brands in all of entertainment. Anyway, merging these two could go either way for the D&D brand, but seeing as I am happy with how 5e is going now, I will go 'old man' on this...

Adventurers League Adventures Now Available To All

No illustrations save for a few crude maps here and there. They are of pretty good quality most of them. I've only played the first season so can't comment on the others, but my favorites in the first lot af 1-3 Shadows over the Moonsea and 1-8 Tales Trees Tell. Both have a nice, eerie vibe to them.

D&D 5E (2014) So which adventures/campaigns have you played so far?

Played Phandelver, and did the entire first season of Expeditions (Tyranny). Played part of Hoard of the Dragon Queen until the GM didn't have time to play anymore. Ran a few homebrews too (short adventures), and am starting up Out of the Abyss shortly. Been loving it - particularly Phandelver...

D&D 5E (2014) Crafting Scrolls and Brewing Potions

It's not that the goblins don't give XP and contribute to level gains, it's just that the calculating is waived. It's still part of the levelling progress and earns the characters new skills (XP), just like the successful completion of the quest does. Yet how large a percentage a million goblins...

    AD&D 2E 2e Complete Books Conversions

Stick to core rules. Splat creep might ruin this, and you will need to keep updating over and over.

    D&D 5E (2014) How To Make a Good D&D Videogame

Depending on when you played Pillars, there have been several AI updates since, for affecting and controlling (or not controlling) the behaviour of the NPCs in your party. As for Darklands - get it on GoG. :) The combat system is hard to sit through by today's standards though. I have a buddy...

    D&D 5E (2014) How To Make a Good D&D Videogame

Go for Pillars of Eternity. It is very, very good, and captures a lot of the highs of Baldur's Gate in a more modern and optimized user interface and with a lot of bells and whistles of modern games amid the old-school feel. It even has cool cutscenes with choices that I haven't seen anywhere...
