    Blunt arrows against undead?

A tricked-out archer can use a sling pretty darn well. Your entire DEX bonus and almost all of your feats would work just fine with a sling. If you can buy 50 undead-bane silvered slingstones, you can take out that lich in no time. Here's another idea: chuck holy water. Carry around several...

    Initiative order & multiple attacks.

That's why in the surprise round you are limited to only one attack. So, just make sure your combats start with a surprise round, then everyone gets a chance to attack before dying. If I understand correctly, in 4e D&D, everyone will only get one attack each round.

Pathfinder 1E Paizo shipping and customer service

I have had very good experience with Paizo. Orders arrive in a timely matter. Customer service was for order adjustment and payment issues, and response was quick and properly resolved the issues. I just wish that I could manipulate my open orders directly through my account online instead of...

    [3.5e] Martial-oriented campaign from a magic-lover

Yep, you definitely want to check out Iron Heroes.

    Arrow Feat? Bounces off walls?

Well, I don't know of a feat that does this. But the Arcane Archer has Seeker Arrow as a class ability that is similar.

    Damaging Armor

If Greater Sunder requires Sunder as a prerequisite, then I recommend the feat also makes the armor wearer become entangled in their armor if the sunderer successfully damages the armor. That would make it a feat worth taking.

    Damaging Armor

A shatter spell will destroy worn armor as long as it's not magical. Rusting grasp specifically degrades or destroys armor. Back in 3.0, I used polymorph any object to transform +5 full fortification full-plate armor on a storm giant into green slime. Now the spell doesn't work on magic items...

    Mixing ranged and melee attacks?

My high level dwarven barbarian/spirit shaman/earth dreamer had quick draw and brutal throw. Because of haste, whirling frenzy, and iterative attacks, she tended to have extra attacks after dropping an opponent with her greadsword. She would then quickdraw javelins then throw them using her STR...

    Tasha's Hideous Laughter - broken?

In D&D 4e, Tasha's Hideous Laughter will be renamed to ROFLMAO. ;)

Success of a Confessions of a Part-Time Sorceress

I bought it, read it, and enjoyed it. I loaned it to a friend. He enjoyed it also.

    Urban druids?

You can find the Urban Druid written up in Dragon Magazine #317 and also in the Dragon Compendium. Urban Druids have all of the social skills and K:local, K:nobility, & K:history. They also get at 1st level +2 with Gather Information and K:local checks with City sense, along with adding his...

    Urban Campaign Books

You may already have a couple of good sourcebooks already. I recommend that you read the Urban Adventures section in the 3.5 Dungeon Master's Guide, pg. 98. It has some good insight and game elements for running adventures in an urban setting. It also has a "wandering encounter" table, each...

    Kobolds

For a little inspiration, read Tucker's Kobolds in case you haven't already. You may also want to check out the Mob rules in the Dungeon Master's Guide II, if you have access to it. If you want a bunch of Kobolds to overwhelm a party by grappling them and trampling them, the mob rules are great...

    Looking for terrain-generating software.

Is there any software that will generate a terrain for a standard large battlemat? Something random, but logical. I like using terrain as a DM, but have trouble coming up with cool battle scenes.

    Greater Clairvoyance

It wouldn't be tough to make up. Drop the casting time to a minute, then allow the ability to change the scry location once per round during the duration. In addition, allow magical and supernatural senses to work through it. It would have to be higher than 4th level, because that is better...

    Flying

Get yourself a bunch of these. Set your programable calculator to quickly calculate using Pythagorian's theorem. Although it has to deal with halved ascending flying and doubled descending flying.

    Beguiled

I have not heard of "beguiled" as a condition. There is, of course, the Beguiler base class from the Player's Handbook II. I'm willing to invent a condition. Beguiled You no longer threaten anyone around you. You spend all your actions to do nothing but become adjacent to the beguiler, then...

What 3rd level spell should a Vow of Peace/Poverty sorcerer take?

Keep in mind that slow is not a mind-affecting spell and works against undead an constructs. Slow is especially effective against opponents that have multiple attacks.
