    Unusual Heroes is a great out of game name, but I don't know if you want to walk around telling everyone IC that you're the "Heroes"...may be a little too self important.     Where's that one from? It's an archer's godsend, it is. The only similar spell I know of is Hardening, from MoF. Not nearly as effective though, and can be dispelled.

    Dispel Magic: The dust is a magic item, albeit a temporary one. You would have to target a dispel on the dust to suppress it for 1d4 rounds. Since you can't see the dust, there probably isn't a way to do this. Antimagic: Suppresses the efect of the Dust as long as the target is in the field.
