You get the Iaijutsu focus bonus on one attack, not all. Though Sneak attack does stack with IF for that first attack. I've not found any errata to suggest otherwise and the FAQ implies without spelling it out that you only get the IF damage on one attack, so that's how I handle it in my game.

I'm drawing a blank on this, but i'm pretty sure this is a feat someplace. Many reach weapons like a guisarme you can't use in adjacent hexes. Isn't there a feat someplace that allows you to basically shorten your grip on the weapon and use that close? Thanks.
