Since I'm the GM of the game ratboy's in, I'll chime in. Rapid Fire and Haste/Speed do stack, but as already commented, there is a -2 to all attacks that round, including the extra attack from haste/speed. Trying to create an arrow machinegun?:)

Actually, the way we did it in another league I was in is everyone had 400 points to spend as 'salary' and bid on players. So, no worries about the same players on every team. But if you want Shaq, you'll be paying alot for him.;)
