    D&D 5E (2014) Which Urban Setting for D&D 5e?

Hi, First of all this is a great thread – I love city settings! I've run campaigns in both Ptolus and Freeport are using 3.x and both are superb cities – I don't have the new Pathfinder Freeport book but the first two sourcebooks from Green Ronin were excellent. I'd also recommend the...

Kara-Tur would be my no.1 choice too.

D&D 5E (2014) I believe the Greyhawk Campaign setting was a missed opportunity for Wizards of the Coast.

I'm still hopeful we might yet see setting books for Greyhawk and other classic settings like Spelljammer. Just not in 2015.

    13 True Ways

5 out of 5 rating for 13 True Ways 13 True Ways is a bit like an Arduin Grimoire for 13th Age and that's not a bad thing. The book is something of a miscellany, packed with new classes, city write ups, monsters, NPCs, inns, monastic tournaments and more. As with the 13th Age Bestiary, nothing...

Covers Preview for Elemental Evil Adventurer's Handbook and Princes of the Apocalypse!

Hi, Tiamat has been part of the Realms since the Old Grey Box - although I don't think she's been linked to the Cult of the Dragon previously. She's in the 1e MM too (and the D&D cartoon) so she's not really linked to a particular D&D world. Takhisis is the five-headed chromatic dragon in...

    D&D 5E (2014) Gem of Your Collection

I have lots of great books and boxed sets, but I think I have to go with Ptolus too. I used it in place of Zazesspur in Tethyr when I ran The Banewarrens in the Realms for my wife - we had a lot of fun with that campaign and it's the best city book ever produced in my opinion. Gorgeous AND...

DRAGON & DUNGEON Magazine PDFs Coming To An Online Store Near You!

I've still got my Dragon CD collection - it's amazing! Only goes up to issue #250 though so I'd love to get #251 through to the 4e issues that I have, plus Dungeon digitally. It would be great if WotC could also create single PDFs for the 4e "issues" that were only published as individual...

DRAGON & DUNGEON Magazine PDFs Coming To An Online Store Near You!

Great news! Some of those didn't even make it into PDF format and were left as a series of HMTL articles. I'd love to see ALL the past issues made available, particularly the pre-3e DUNGEON magazines :) Cheers Rich

Deluxe Dungeon Master's Screen: It Lives!

This one is probably my least favourite! I really don't like the player's side of this screen at all - no one could read the tables and the blurb for the adventure belonged on a piece of paper inside the shrink-wrap, not where it's visible. The other thing is that AD&D needed a lot more in the...
