Does a PC Have Amnesia? Try This!

Heh, yeah I do. The handful of songs and knowledge I've picked up in the last year of wandering the countryside is consistent with the character's 1st-level status. ;)

Does a PC Have Amnesia? Try This!

If a DM does indeed explicitly want a background for the PCs and one player does hand in the amnesia defense, then yes this player probably deserves some kind of humor at his own expense. I couldn't see such mockery going beyond an adventure or two though, so as not to ruffle too many feathers...

[Tricky Owlbear] Behind the Monsters: Barghest released!

Tricky Owlbear Publishing, Inc. presents Behind the Monsters: Barghest, the fourth release in this series. These pdfs follow a format similar to that found in the popular Behind the Spells series (also presented by Tricky Owlbear Publishing) so chances are good that, if you enjoy that series...

Any reviews of "Behind the Spells" PDFs?

Excellent. Glad to hear the level checks worked okay. Now I have to get around to writing some more of these.

What is Chairman Kaga's nephew doing in my Stargate?

Ronon did some fine killin' in this episode (the throat slashing was pretty sudden, and he came away with a nice scar too--good stuff!).

    Stargate Atlantis-Season 4 [Lifeline (3)] 10/2007

Not sure where I read this, but I believe they ousted Weir and Dr. Beckett to make cash available for Tapping's Carter. I also enjoyed this ep. Brakkart's comment about high concept space opera is spot-on and such entertainment is right up my alley.

[Skortched Urf' Studios] Adventurer Essentials: Waterskin released

I was wondering when this was going to see the light of day. :) It's always a pleasure working with Skortched Urf'.

So, what published 3e adventures are you always going to remember?

Atlas Games' Three Days to Kill--just a ton of fun with this no-nonsense plot. And since the thread is about modules you'll always remember, I also have to include Vengeance in Freeport because, well, it was my chance to contribute to the legacy of Freeport! :)

Any reviews of "Behind the Spells" PDFs?

Neat! For "spell secret" mechanics, are you simply calling for a level check (since no skills in C&C), which is how I had planned to implement those parts? And by all means ask over at TL! I'd be most interested in any responses.

Any reviews of "Behind the Spells" PDFs?

Thanks, Dragon-Slayer. Might I ask how they fit into your C&C game (stories? mechanics? both?). When the series was still under the Ronin Arts umbrella, we briefly discussed making C&C versions so it's funny you mention that in particular.

Any reviews of "Behind the Spells" PDFs?

No official deadline yet on the print version. If I had to give a ballpark date, I'd say in December.

    [Tricky Owlbear] Lotsa Blocks! released

That's our hope, Christian. I personally DM quite a bit and often cannibalize other sources for stat blocks because I just don't have the time to sit down and make them (I know I could just wing it but that isn't as...satisfying?). From this thought it was easy to come up with the Lotsa...

Looking for Spaceship Plans that used to be at RPGNow, but apparently not anymore:(

The Ronin Arts ships use SKG's tiles but since these pdfs are under the RA banner they're no longer at RPGNow/OBS (since RA no longer sells there). Hope that clears up the confusion!
