This suggestion actually brings up a good point, Anna. Do people really want to see good-aligned creatures in the series? I would think no, since BtM deals with not only where the creature came from (or first entered mainstream consciousness) but also how to fight them. That's good to hear...

I'll hold any comment on that until we get this first print product out the door and see how it sells. That said, I'm hopeful that the BtS: Compendium won't be the last print item you see from us.

Thanks, Reveille! I've started a list of spells mentioned here and elsewhere. Out of curiosity, are your choices based on wanting to see what histories I come up with or are you interested more in the variant mechanics/related items and spells?

Got 7 out of 10 of my items yesterday. Can't say I'm too disappointed.

Besides being elated at this news, I also look forward to seeing how well Pathfinder succeeds. As for a surge of new sales, I have to admit that, yes, we have seen more sales than usual. I chalked it up to a recent new release but you may be onto something here, Vascant.

I wonder if more people thought as you did, Vascant, as this release has greatly spurred the sales of previous BtS titles (as it ideally should). As always, were listening for suggestions for future issues. I doubt The Walls, for example, would have been written yet without the requests for it.

For sure, Tricky Owlbear will be publishing 3.5 material through '08. Our first print product, Behind the Spells: Compendium, is in the works so not all 3.5 will be pdf for the year. :)
