It's interesting to hear DMs talk about counters as if they're minis. My group hasn't used counters yet, but I suspect the effort to create a counter for an NPC or monster is extremely easy. Even if you don't get fancy as the internet guides, you can just find-crop-print, right?

I'm going to keep any of my work updates in this thread. In free time I have been sifting through the episode guides, wiki docs and old player blogs for world details and entering them into the Encylopedia for a MasterPlan file. So far the focus has been on people, places, ships, factions, etc...
