I'm currently on a quest to read all of the post-Return of the Jedi Star Wars fiction in chronological order. I'm on book #7 (out of 51) in this quest - X-Wing - Wraith Squadron: Iron Fist, by Aaron Allston.

Okay, darnit, I don't get it (god I hate math). For something to occur 1 in 30 times, the conformation roll would need to be a ... ? How about 1 in 500 times? How many nat 1's would they need to roll? And would 1 in 50 indeed be a 1-8? Thanks :)

Aye :) And since I am so horribly terrible at math, 1.25% is equal to one in (however many times)? Thanks :) I'm trying to simulate a fumble rule that would occur about once every 100 times.

I want to take certain tracks (like from Star Wars or Lord of the Rings), and use some exerbs of the track for a soundtrack, but I don't know how to just take, for example, 1:30 - 2:45 of a track and make it it's own track, and then burn that part onto a CD. Do you understand what I'm asking...
