    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

    You are ducking my question.

    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

The availabilityof full attacks on the round a Warblade recharges his maneuvers is ambigious. I feel the Warblade is balanced disallowing this ability, but probably overpowered allowing it. Do the people arguing that the Warblade is overpowered believe it would not be so without this ability?

    Monsters new to 3E?

Is everyone sure The Tojanida is new? I could have sworn it was in the first edition FF or MMII. They looked less like turtles and more like Buck Rogers rockets as I recall.

Re-balancing the 1/2 Orc for my own campaign

I don't see a distant third on your priority list as a desperate, clingy need.

Re-balancing the 1/2 Orc for my own campaign

Of the PHB races with attribute modifiers only the elf's attribute penalty offsets their bonus. This is because contrary to Nifft's assertion, there is no overall most important attribute, each character has Attributes they value to varying degrees and attrbutes that they have almost no use...

    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

Sure you can change your weapon specific feats over to Unarmed strike, provided your captors aloow you a good nights sleep followed by a uninterupted hour of practicing your boxing. Then you have the opportunity to see how well you can fight your way free of the captors who were able to defeat...

    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

Point 1:because first level spells have out of combat utility they would be signifigantly more valuable to an 18th level fighter than first level Martial maneuvers. Point 2: Taking one level of wizard is not a balanced option, it is an underpowered option. Supplements should not be balanced...

Re-balancing the 1/2 Orc for my own campaign

What do you mean? Half-Orcs are killing machines with no meaningfull drawbacks. I have never seen a Half-Orc player miss his Int and Cha points, It comes up less often than the reduced move of a dwarf fighter who wears heavy armor. Elves on the other hand are (sometimes literally) always dying...

Re-balancing the 1/2 Orc for my own campaign

Half-Orcs are already balanced against the other PHB Races, but they do lack the almost meaningless tiny bonuses most other races get. So you could give them (and Orcs) a few bonuses like a +2 to intimidate checks and saves versus disease. If you are using variant rules for the other races in...

    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

At 19th level noone is going to notice the effect of a first level maneuver, if you can even get all high level maneuvers, they tend to have prerequisites.

    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

When all is said and done a Warblades are primary melee combatants. You can build one without strength, but you can also build a single class cleric with a Wis of 12, neither one is gonna be effective. But what about that feat that lets you add your Dex Mod to weapon damage you ask? Shadow Blade...

Tome of Battle classes without the extras

Without maneuvers a Warblade is like a Barbarian except: Worse Weapon Proficiencies Worse skill list No fast movement No Rage (no Greater Rage or Mighty Rage either) No Trap Sense No Damage Reduction No Indomitable Will Your fourth best attribute bonus to a few corner case rolls 4 bonus feats...

Do players need something cool every level?

4 actually; as compared to an illusionist 11's base attack 5. Not a serious concern seeing as a mid to high level illusionist needs to make attack rolls about as often as an equivalently powerfull rogue needs to make caster level checks.
