Stacking is the wrong word. Stacking would be if it said "in addition to the normal elf traits, Grey Elves have +2 Dex." THAT would get confusing. :)

Then again, I see no problem with the idea of conjuration spells that create rocks, metal stabby things, and the like being stopped by DR either. Conjuration [Creation] and Metacreativity both in theory create non-magical/psionic things which in turn should act normally.

You didn't answer my question. How much would you charge for a magic item that would grant a fighter power attack? (a ring of evasion for comparison sake is 20k) My point is that in general, feats are "worth" more than 4500 gold. So having a feat that emulates an unlimited wand of magic...

Look at the duration of the Daylight spell. Now look at the duration of the item.

How much would you charge for an item, perhaps a set of gloves, that gives a fighter power attack? One feat being equivalent to a 4500 gp item? Seems fair enough to me.

Rough estimates: In a 4 person party, 3 are almost guaranteed to be NOT using a longsword (cleric, wizard unless elf but even then that hardly counts as "using", and rogue assuming a ranged/dex finesse rogue). So really it is only a sub-set of the warriors. And even then, it is only a sub-set...

We just price it as an extra effect on the item, of 2k.
