    DRAGONSHIRE terrain Kickstarter

Thankfully I went to look for the e-mail notification and couldn't find it. This led me to discover that I hadn't backed this like I thought I had! Should be rectified now.

I'm only seeing the original 3.

Western RPG Town Supplement (Can anyone give me the name?)

Yeah, as far as I know it pretty much has to be Deadlands or Sidewinder.

Hackmaster Advanced Players Handbook ('5th Edition')

The second by second combat actually flows pretty quickly. Just like anything different it takes time to figure it out and get into the rhythm, but once you do it is actually pretty cool. Its the part of the game I liked the most. Makes sense to me, since it is the same similar count up system...

Hackmaster Advanced Players Handbook ('5th Edition')

I have the HoB, so can tell you that you will be blown away with the production values. Gorgeous, gorgeous book! I ran HM basic for about 8 months, weekly, then played it for several more months, weekly. I had fun, but this game hasn't excited me like it has others, so I am not buying this book...

Cityographer (Random City Generator & Map Software) Kickstarter Update

So if I back this at the $45 level, and since I already own the other two programs, I get to select two of the art packs? So I could get the medieval and Far Future packs, instead of just one?

Castles & Crusades Defined - on Kickstarter

Yep, pretty much a pre order system with some cool perks, if your into such things.

    Economy and D&D

Just letting you know I am following this too, but please don't switch it to a blog, I hate popping between different websites with my slow connection. At the very least post it to both locations please.

    OGRE Designer's Edition on Kickstarter

Thanks to this KS we now have a premium version with lots of extra's that would not have happened otherwise, so I am very glad that they did the KS. Plus I seem to remember an update or two (hard to remember which since there were over 30 updates) mentioning that the basic version was going to...

    C&C Players Handbook, 5th Printing

I don't know how much of a problem this is going to be, but... As you may remember, I already own a lot of copies of the PH. (16 of them). So I am really not feeling any need to buy this printing UNLESS its going to be full color. So I have yet to support this. So this has me wondering how...

The DCC RPG fills the OSR stomach, but there's still a vacant spot to fill.

As your own response illustrates, things change.

Troll Lord Games looking foe a few good men

You don't lose copyright for your work under "Work for hire" until you are paid. Sure, they could still try to steal it, but you would have copyright law on your side. If your paid, who cares? That is what your signing up for anyways.

The DCC RPG fills the OSR stomach, but there's still a vacant spot to fill.

Well, the only printing that saw actual rules changes was the 4th printing. A 5th printing is in the works, haven't heard if there are going to be new rules changes, but I have been told they are not going to change the page count, but will be addressing errata and other errors. So sounds like...

    My Ideal Game System?

Definitely give Castles and Crusades a look. Its been my system of choice for 7 years now for the reasons you cite plus a lot more.

HAve you gotten your print copy yet? Mine arrived a couple of days ago. Even though I new the page count I was still shocked at how thick the book is.

For the record, I don't like level caps either. If I stuck level caps on my gaming because of what I expected to happen over the last 27 years, a few games would have never gone where they did, let alone last as long as they did. So I say go with level 20, or even 30, or even 100 caps. IF you...
