Yeah, its like saying OSRIC isn't "rules lite" because people wrote 73 modules and 31 rules add ons and then compiled them all into one massive PDF collection, for free. In other words, it is a compilation of many works, all in one, or two massive PDF's. All "lite" stand alone rules sets.
