When you read about how they did business, and no one reigned them in, it is a wonder they did not go under sooner.

TSR has made so many bad decisions over it's history. One more discovered, is hardly surprising as this one.

I remember owning this issue when I purchased a large back stock of TD from a friend of mine for $20!
