Ok...first off, I'm Very positive about 4E and am almost certain that I'm gonna switch. Second, I have no problems playing with Minis and am a tabletop wargamer as well. That being said: good lord...if I have to do all that to keep track of combat....how exactly is that more simple and elegant...

Just picked this up a few days ago on an impulse buy and I Have to say I'm impressed. Great book with just enough fluff in the ship descriptions to make it interesting and not just a collection of Stats. The new rules for modification and ship building seem good as well, but If I ever use them...
