    Withering [Effect]

    That's just hideous.

    Monster Request Thread!!!

Just do it as a lot of smaller creatures, instead of one uber-big one.

    Custom divine abilities, portfolios, etc.

Those would be aspects of Secrets, Knowledge, Revenge, and Craft.

    Dragon Creations/Revisions

    Yes. They do. :p

    Withering [Effect]

Seconded. Whatever you do, please make it a straight division... maybe it should only do 1/20th instead of 1/10th (or, if you prefer, use only half HD to calculate the damage)?

4th Edition and the Immortals Handbook

It seems we fundamentally disagree on what constitutes a problem in 3rd Edition, so I'm going to bow out of this debate.

4th Edition and the Immortals Handbook

Those were two separate comments, and you know it, dude. 3E is a perfectly serviceable, and salvageable system. The problem is that they're making so many changes, people who still like the Great Wheel will have to rewrite half the mechanics from scratch, like that nonsense about all devils...

4th Edition and the Immortals Handbook

Indeed; now, if you want to make a minotaur barbarian, or mind-flayer wizard, it looks like you'll have to rebuild the minotaur or mind flayer from scratch. :\

4th Edition and the Immortals Handbook

Wow, that's a lot of hyperbole in that post, U_K. :uhoh: No such thing. Only that 4E is throwing the baby out with the bathwater. I, and many of the people I've spoken to, like the Great Wheel, and how it creates a unified setting. I'll bet you a lot of the people who do buy 4E will keep it...

4th Edition and the Immortals Handbook

You're right. I can't make any specific complaints about 4E... because everything we've seen about it is something to complain about. The changes to the cosmology are the worst, but every glimmer of information we've seen about the mechanics have made me cringe in horror. One of the worst...

NEW Immortals Handbook - Ascension thread

You'd make Light more expensive than Moderate? :p I wasn't talking about the 75%, merc.

NEW Immortals Handbook - Ascension thread

Moderate Eradication is +6, Heavy is +36. Since feats only translate to +1 (or +2 for Epic) I wouldn't allow it.

Immortals Handbook - Epic Bestiary (Epic Monster Discussion)

If Keen and Improved Critical don't stack, the terrorists will have won.

Because 40 Charisma can be tough to swing for lower ranked deities, if they're not leader types. And because [bonus] Mind stacks with True Strike.

NEW Immortals Handbook - Ascension thread

Indeed; VSCs are technically based on mass and density, not Strength. Can't have one without the other.

NEW Immortals Handbook - Ascension thread

Er... this directly contradict the Epic Beastiary, where you said that only natural (race, template, level, and inherent) Strength counts for virtual size categories.
