Interesting work. I do wonder if the many dead levels later on will kill a campaign. Here's another take on refurbishing the classses to focus on levels 1-10. It's quite good and may give some inspiration for this work.

May I suggest that you start out with the ones that have featured in WotC adventures, i.e. Orcus, Baphomet, Demogorgon, Yeenoghu and the rest of the demons (primarily from OotA), Zariel, Bel, Tiamat from Avernus, Klauth and Imyrith etc.? 😉

Really, str, int and cha saves should count for less. From the top of my head, I can't think of any instance where they are relevant.
