Well the trouble with those two extra attacks is they can rarely hit anything. However, your idea of Wis to attack rolls peaks my interest. I'd rather just give them a few general-use bonus feats from a fitting list. The d8 hit die idea isnt bad.

This doesnt really work, because Hierophant doesnt give caster progression. So basically if you take the improve caster level ability, your just breaking even. What you describe is what the Bead of Karama, and the alignment domain abilities are for.
